REAL ESTATE AND HOME RENOVATIONS HAVE BEEN A PASSION OF OURS FOR OVER 18 YEARS

And it has become an integral part of our family. We both purchased our first homes in 2008, and spent our summers learning and renovating. Since then, we have taken on many projects to update and improve homes in the Grand Rapids area. With the knowledge gained, we have been able to uniquely and successfully help hundreds of families sell and purchase homes in the West Michigan area over the last 10 years.

REAL ESTATE HAS BEEN A PASSION OF NATE AND BRANDI’S FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND IT HAS BECOME AN INTEGRAL PART OF THEIR FAMILY.

Nate and Brandi have been married for 15 years and have three children, Ellis, Remington, and Jentri. They also have two golden retrievers, Bo-Peep 15 and Brodie 13. Nate was born and raised in Rockford and Brandi in Forest Hills. Nate graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Marketing degree and Brandi graduated from Cornerstone University with a Finance and Economic degree. During college, Nate and Brandi bought their first homes, then renovated and rented the properties to friends. This started the trajectory forward to a successful real estate career. Now 18 years later, and hundreds of clients served, Brandi and Nate are thrilled they get to work in a career they are so passionate about. When Nate and Brandi aren’t selling real estate, they are spending time with their family. They love being outdoors finding the next adventure and traveling to new places when the opportunities arise.
